AI & Automation
A good prompt can save time once. A good workflow can make the next hundred tasks clearer, more consistent, and easier to improve. It is less exciting in a screenshot and considerably more useful on a Wednesday.
This is where I write about ChatGPT, AI assistants, agents, automation, and the systems around them. The tool is rarely the interesting part. The real work is structuring the inputs, deciding where people remain responsible, and connecting the workflow to content and data the team already trusts.
What tends to show up here
- Prompts and assistants with a defined job
- Reusable agent and automation workflows
- Content libraries and connected systems
