CRO & Experimentation
Conversion work gets difficult when the numbers look more certain than they really are. A test can be statistically significant and still lead to a poor decision. A low-traffic page can still be improved without pretending every change needs an experiment.
Here I write about CRO, A/B testing, evidence quality, and the judgement required between the numbers. The aim is to fix obvious friction, test when the setup can teach us something, and be honest about what the available data cannot prove.
What I cover here
- Test readiness and interpretation
- CRO with limited traffic
- Evidence before certainty
